The Wellbeing Advancement Organization (WELL), established on September 8, 2020, is a Cambodian non-profit committed to fostering entrepreneurial leadership and community wellbeing. Guided by the Quality of Life Philosophy, WELL supports underserved populations by improving access to capital, education, and networks. The organization believes that prosperity begins with individual self-discovery, health, knowledge, relationships, and financial independence, empowering people to positively impact their communities through entrepreneurship.

Wellbeing Advancement is a non-profit organization working to make wellbeing a central priority for everyone, everywhere.

  • Building a Global Community: They connect individuals, organizations, researchers, and policymakers who are passionate about wellbeing. Think of them as network weavers.
  • Sharing Knowledge & Tools: They gather and share reliable evidence, research, and practical resources to help people and organizations understand how to improve wellbeing effectively.
  • Influencing Action & Policy: They encourage governments, businesses, and other institutions to adopt policies and practices that genuinely support and enhance people's wellbeing.
  • Facilitating Collaboration: They bring people together through events and discussions to share ideas, learn from each other, and build momentum for the wellbeing movement.

Their core mission is to drive evidence-informed action to advance wellbeing for all. They want to ensure that efforts to improve wellbeing are based on what actually works and that these efforts are widespread.
